Undertow is an Australian family-owned fishing apparel brand that started in 2018, driven by the need for high-quality and durable apparel in the Game Fishing Community. What began as a hobby quickly evolved into a passion project, and after years of hard work and dedication, we are proud to offer a range of Performance Wear, Streetwear, Custom and Tournament apparel.

Our brand prides itself on delivering simple yet distinct designs with a focus on practicality and comfort. Our iconic “free swimming marlin” design is a striking feature in our collection.

At Undertow, we have strived to create a brand that offers timeless and classic streetwear garments that are both comfortable and functional. Today, our brand has gained recognition as a leading lifestyle brand in the fishing community, and we are proud to continue delivering high-quality apparel to our customers.

Being an apparel brand in this day and age comes with many responsibilities. Undertow is not only responsible for providing quality and innovative designs, but we must also be responsible for our social and environmental impact on our big blue planet. As we continue to grow as a brand our goal is to continue becoming a more environmentally and socially sustainable business.

As fishermen, it is vital for us to protect the very thing that keeps our sport and the world alive.

Our products are packaged in fully compostable Hero bags to reduce waste and we try to keep the packaging of products to a minimum. Our Water-Resistant Spray Jackets are made from 100% recycled polyester saving approx. 22 500ml plastic bottles per garment. Our Tees are made from 100% Combed Cotton which is softer and stronger than regular cotton, meaning our garments will last a lot longer and remain out of landfill for longer than fast fashion items would.

As members of the fishing community, it is our objective to give back to our customers and tournaments who continually support us. Each year we sponsor a number of tournaments throughout Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Papua New Guinea. Included in these are events that we hold close to our hearts. We have proudly supported Solider On’s Deep Sea Fishing Adventure which aims to better mental health for veterans and others including Max’s Cast for a Cure which raises funds going directly to families affected by brain cancer.
